The newly bought Airbus A330-200 of Nepal airlines is all set to face the test flight today at 2 pm local time today, July 23, 2018. The Airbus had remained on the hangar of NAC since its delivery flight to Kathmandu on June 28th. The aircraft ‘9N-ALY’ is one of two Airbus A330-200 that Nepal Airlines bought from AAR Corp.
The team which will be involved in the test flight are Capt. Francios Fenart, Capt. Srawan Rijal, and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Anthony Brown) and also including CAA Nepal officials. The test flight will be conducted in Kathmandu- Delhi route and the aircraft will be tested with all the mandatory checks and manoeuvres according to Airbus regulations.
